Dravot & Carnehan conceived of the concept, devised a market position and launch strategy, curated the clothing collection, designed and implemented the content strategy, designed and built the site, managed the marketing and public relations efforts, developed an operating structure, inventory management including drop shipments, supply chain, budgets, and manufacturing collaborations. Revenues doubled in year two and tripled in year three.

Kiehl's Since 1851 – LifeRide for amfar
Kiehl's Since 1851 sought Dravot & Carnehan's expertise to leverage the brand's motorcycle heritage. Dravot & Carnehan developed the concept and name for the LifeRide – an annual celebrity charity motorcycle ride raising money and awareness for the American Foundation for AIDS Research. Responsibilities included organizing the weeklong ride, celebrity outreach, sponsor outreach, press outreach for national and regional markets, and store events. Participants have included Sharon Stone, John Corbett, Mary J. Blige, William H. Macy, Tyson Beckford, Jason Lee, Tricia Helfer, and Peter Coyote. Sponsors included BMW, Les Ateliers Ruby, and Tom Ford eyewear. The event has raised over $1.5 million dollars and generated 4-billion media impressions.
Legend of the Motorcycle – international concours D'Elegance
Dravot & Carnehan identified a gap in the market and pioneered a new approach to motorcycles as art. Hosted at the Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay, Legend of the Motorcycle launched as the first concours d'elegance exclusively for motorcycles, attracting a burgeoning international audience of collectors, judges and aficionados. Dravot & Carnehan secured some of the most prestigious brands as sponsors, including Aston Martin, Architectural Digest, Cartier, Ducati, Bell & Ross, Ducati, Riva Boats, Airstream, Lucky Brand Jeans, Moet & Hennessy, Men's Vogue, Range Rover, and Triumph. The event hosted some of today's most iconic figures including Sandra Bullock, Ewan McGregor, Peter Fonda, Jason Lee, Giovanni Ribisi, Jesse James, and Steve McQueen's son, Chad. Dravot & Carnehan produced and marketed the event, doubling attendance and increasing sponsorship commitment 30% year-over-year.

Gestalten - Berlin
Dravot & Carnehan was tasked with increasing US sales by developing a communications strategy, in collaboration with their US sales team and international marketing and PR department, to identify new distribution, branding, and awareness opportunities. With a focus on public relations Dravot & Carnehan secured articles in outlets such as CNN Style, Dwell. Esquire, Gear Patrol, GQ, Man of the World, Men's Fitness, New Yourk Times, Outside, Petrolicious, Popular Mechanics, Robb Report, Surface, and Wall Street Journal. Additionally, Dravot & Carnehan helped facilitate collaborations with brands such as Deus ex Machina, among others. These efforts had a significant impact on US sales.
Dravot & Carnehan Co-founder, Jared Zaugg, authored Gentlemen, Start Your Engines, which became a #1 Amazon best seller in its category. He contracted to The Ride, 2nd Gear, and The Drive.
Imagination unwired
Imagination Unwired is a new, pioneering mobile technology delivering rich media advertising to the home screen of mobile devices. Dravot & Carnehan is working to identify revenue opportunities in Latin America, including Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia as well as forging relationships with advertising agencies in those markets.

Turner Classic MOvies
TCM and Legend of the Motorcycle hosted an oceanside outdoor viewing of classic films. This led to a partnership developing concepts for a Turner Classic Movies film festival.
Vanguard Motorcycles
Dravot & Carnehan worked with Vanguard CEO, Francois-Xavier Terny, to launch its first motorcycle. Efforts included marketing strategy, product unveiling, promotions, and public relations. This motorcycle was featured in magazine X, X, and X.
Automotive Editor
Dravot & Carnehan co-founder, Jared Zaugg, has served as automotive editor for The Rake and Man of the World and as a contributing lifestyle editor for CNN Style and Ralph Lauren Magazine. He has worked directly with the designers and public relations managers for Ferrari, Porsche, Maserati, and Ducati.
Phoenix Project - Reviving Classics
Dravot & Carnehan launched Phoenix Project - a company dedicated to recreating clothing worn by the world's most stylish icons. Licensing agreements were made with Paramount Pictures, 20th Century Fox, Sony, and the estates of James Dean, Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Amelia Earhart, and Josephine Baker. Clothing was designed and manufactured in the US. Dravot & Carnehan developed the concept, site, sourced materials and factory relationships, handled all product photoshoots, marketing, PR, shipping infrastructure, packaging, and order fulfillment. All items sold out and had a return rate of less than 1%.
